Cancelled within terms and still charged

I believe they had an issue with how their promotion for $10 off for the 3 months was set up on their end. I canceled a few weeks into my subscription due to the quality of the recipes, very bland and the textures were awful after sitting in a Ziploc for days. I was charged for the renewal anyway and customer support has not been helpful so far, they claim I canceled after the renewal but I have the email showing I canceled well before. I suggest anyone to use a virtual card that can be suspended so that you don't have to deal with their customer service.
